The USPC Primal Strength Open will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Primal Strength located at 1112 E. Market St. #29i, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22902. This USPC meet, in addition to offering a "SBD" option (back squat, bench press and deadlift option for all divisions/ages), will additionally offer "BD" (bench press & deadlift), squat only, squat & bench press, bench press only, squat & deadlift and deadlift only options. You may also ADD additional events as a Crossover Event for an additional fee for another shot at records and medals at the end of the day. As always, we will offer lifters the ability to compete in either the Sleeves (bare or knee sleeves), Raw with Wraps, Single Ply or Multi-Ply division.
