Redemption at the Bar
The USPC & Canadian Powerlifting Coalition present Redemption At The Bar! This meet will be held on Saturday January 25, 2025 at The Bar Strength & Conditioning located at 3231 No 6 Rd #147, Richmond, BC V6V 1P6, Canada. This USPC/CPC meet, in addition to offering a "SBD" option (back squat, bench press and deadlift option for all divisions/ages), will additionally offer "BD" (bench press & deadlift), bench press only and deadlift only options. You may also ADD a "bench press only" and "deadlift only" option as a Crossover Division for an additional fee for another shot at records and medals at the end of the day. As always, we will offer lifters the ability to compete in either the Sleeves (bare or knee sleeves), Raw with Wraps (knee wraps), Single Ply or Multi-Ply division.

USPC Judging Clinic, Norcross, GA
Are you interested in becoming a judge with the USPC? Learn from and take your functional with the USPC Judge's Chair. You will learn:
Techniques for judging squat, bench, and deadlift.
Differences in judging different lifter builds.
Judging differences in sleeved, wrapped, single-ply, and multi-ply lifters from side and head judge positions.
Competition logistics.
Judging side positions.
Judging from the head chair.
Feedback etiquette.
Judge’s presentation at a meet.
Judge requirements.
Participants are required to complete their online exam and meeting with the Judge’s Chair via email, call, or Zoom before attending the Judging Clinic. Participants that have not completed their online exam and meeting with the Judge’s Chair will not be able to attend the Judging Clinic.
Participants must be in proper judge’s attire: Black shirt, black dress pants (no leggings) or black shorts (no gym shorts), black belt, and all-black shoes.
USPC Pacific Regional Championship, Manteca, CA
This is the Regional Championship for the Pacific Region! No qualifier required to compete and best OVERALL lifters will be awarded a free entry to IPC/USPC Americas' Championship in November 2025. Click REGIONALS 2025 for full details.
The Pacific Regional Championship will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025 at Excel Health and Fitness located at 1433 Moffat blvd, Manteca, CA 95336. This USPC meet, in addition to offering a "SBD" option (back squat, bench press and deadlift option for all divisions/ages), will additionally offer "BD" (bench press & deadlift), squat only, squat & bench press, bench press only, squat & deadlift and deadlift only options. You may also ADD additional events as a Crossover Event (explained below) for an additional fee for another shot at records and medals at the end of the day. As always, we will offer lifters the ability to compete in either the Sleeves (bare or knee sleeves), Raw with Wraps, Single Ply or Multi-Ply division.

*DynaBody Monolift- NO walkout will be required on squats for ALL divisions!

Weigh Ins will be on Friday, the day before the meet at the following times: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and again from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. We will be holding to a strict weigh in schedule which will be crucial to staying on time. No late weigh ins will be allowed. Saturday weigh ins by appointment only.
On the day of the Meet:
Rules meeting at 8:15 a.m. and lifting will start at 9 a.m.
Please keep in mind the registration is only for the meet. You will still need to be a member of the USPC. Memberships will not be sold at the meet. Purchase your annual membership at USPC Membership
Lifters are encouraged to read the USPC Rulebook.
Spectators $20 admission fee at door, children 12 and under are free.

This level 1 USPC Coaching Certification will help you learn coaching for powerlifting from the ground up. The Coaching Certification will cover the science of strength; technique and assessing the squat, bench press, and deadlift; training phases, considerations, and blocks; programming and progression schemes; rest intervals and deload; equipment in training; peaking clients for competitions, and more!
USPC Judging Clinic
